What to expect
Your Divinity massage experience includes all of the following:
- Hot steamy towels during your treatment
- Heated eye pillows
- Heated, hydraulic massage table
- Soft and relaxing linens
- Hot or cold packs if indicated or requested.
- Herbal based lotions, creams, oils and face care products that are skin safe
- Beverage and snacks after the service.
Booking/Cancellations
Cancellation policy
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Divinity honors the time of both the client and the therapist. All bookings require a credit card in order to confirm and hold the appointment. Your appointment represents a significant portion of your therapist's day. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, but I do understand extreme emergencies and illness. A no call no show client will not be permitted to book future appointments. An appointment is considered late if 10 mins past the time and you may be charged a late fee.
You will be charged the amount of the full service charge for any cancellation not made within 24 hours. (most people don't cancel though :))
Tips and gratuity are always appreciated!
Please do not book an appointment under your name for somebody else due to the health aspect of the business. Parents booking for minors must be present at the time of the appointment.

Skin Conditions
Any visible or potentially contagious skin conditions must be communicated before booking preferably over the phone, noted in the client intake form or sent via text message.
This gives the massage therapist enough time to decide the course of action, if gloves will be used, or if the service will not be accepted. Simple skin irritations and certain rashes can be discussed as there may be a remedy available to you in the spa. Discount codes must be entered in at the time of booking or presented at the time of service, or you will be charged the full price for the service.
